Letter of Invitation for Visa

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the ITMIG 2016 Conference in San Francisco, USA will be issued ONLY after a completed Registration Form and full payment have been received.

During the online registration process you will be asked if you require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes. If you select ‘yes’ you will be required to provide the following information:

  • Full Name on Passport
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Place of Birth – City
  • Place of Birth – Country
  • Passport Number
  • Passport Expire Date
  • Proposed Date of Entering China
  • Duration of Stay

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ITMIG Secretariat’s address by August 12, 2016 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 50 USD administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 12, 2016 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This change can be made by re-accessing your online registration.

In the unlikely event that ITMIG is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
